The person was able to fix the problem (slipping of the bandsaw blade). However it took awhile for finding that the belt was really loose and then tighten it. The cost was $224.48 and the bill I noticed after he had left said that the labor performed as Belt - replace. The belt was NOT replaced. The motor moved to tighten the belt only (with my help). I understand that there was a minimum charge of $129 for a "house call" but the total of $224.48 was really steep for just adjusting the tightness of the belt.

The repair had to be rescheduled because he could not move microwave oven away from the wall cabinet to be able to work behind the microwave. I also found out that the fridge is not grounded and wiring has to be corrected to accomplish the work. So I had to call the electrician before the microwave repair person can come back to fix it.

Overpriced, $150 to diagnose, replaced a $10 part in 15 minutes of work, $400 total. I would have preferred they offered to sell me a new oven

Was able to diagnose issue but not able to replace part. Left it up to me to get an OEM part from a 3rd party and install myself. I also had them do a preventative check on the washer and they did not do much other than take off the front panel and check for leaks. I asked the tech to check the filter and he did. I wouldn’t say it is worth the cost.

They came out to fix a problem with our washer because the water wasn't draining all the way after a cycle. After the repair technician left our washer no longer holds any water. Fail.
