He didn’t even open up the dryer to diagnostic it. Just gave me estimates of what he thought. A what the parts would cost. I told the app basically the same thing. Kinda felt like it was a scam, for him to even come

Technician came out June 26 said parts that were ordered was not the correct part to fix issue even with supplied error code reordered part for 7/10 had someone waiting all day get a message at 323 pm stated service will be rescheduled for 7/17 not once ever getting a call could not get ahold of a person or call back from text message. Arrived home after being out of town for a week installed the part still having same issue along with same codes technician came out 7/17 would not even touch machine stated warranty has been voided even though I couldn’t get anyone to return a call. Even with no warranty I don’t under stand why I can’t have any one repair machine even though the part supposedly is bad did not fix issue what about warranty on other parts that is actually bad causing issue.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, you cannot communicate with this company. I had to miss two days of work, they didn't show up when I scheduled a Saturday, they came out and replaced a few parts and my washing machine is still not fixed and the tech will not even answer the phone. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. This company does not even deserve the one star, I would give them a zero star rating, stay away from this company, you have been warned. I will call the company that I paid the warranty and tell them they should not pay the bill they are getting from this company (Sears Home Services "Transform A&E Factory SVC LLC") Also the tech doesn't even like the company and said he plans on leaving next month.

I hired the tech to fix the dishwasher. He said there was something wrong with the garbage disposal, which was just installed and working perfectly. He charged an extra $150 to do something with the perfectly working garbage disposal.

Brain came to service our dishwasher. Upon entering our home he said I needed to sign for authorization. When he took the paneling off of our dishwasher and went to remove the circuit panel, he broke 2 pieces off. When we asked if he just broke that he said "you'll get new ones when the component is replaced." He then went to contact our warranty company and said if they didn't answer in 7 minutes per the warranty regulations, he will just send in the paperwork and we can call the next day. Later that evening I got 4 emails with attachments of the authorization he wanted me to sign, apparently he made 2 claims that I denied the diagnostic, then 2 claims sent in that I approved the diagnostic. When I went to check my claim status through my warranty company in the morning, he submitted that it was closed with zero documentation. On the authorization emails Brain sent me with the approved diagnostic, he claimed my warranty max was $325 and his service fee was $105. Not sure if he is getting paid once or double by the warranty or by Sears but he is an atrocious service repair technician. I am attacheding a picture of the parts be broke off my dishwasher and I've informed my warranty company of everything.

William was RUDE! We explained was the issue was with our freezer door, his response was dismissive in our explanation and said thats how its supposed to be. As we curiously waited within the first 5 min, he looked at us and said very rudely, “do u need something??” So our presence annoyed him! In OUR house. He later explained what was wrong with our door, which is what we told him in the FIRST place! He was dismissive and RUDE from the get go.
