I purchased a Hoover vacuum cleaner with an extended 5-year warrantee. What a joke. It took me several calls to find out the Kent repair location closed and Federal Way said come there to get paperwork and then to UPS to ship it myself. They finally said go to First Ave South, Seattle, location to get it serviced. I called Seattle before going and was told by nice person, Nick, to contact my closest UPS store and they probably would know what to do. After calling, I took the vacuum to UPS and they shipped it to Tennessee for servicing on March 3. I live in Washington. On March 19 I got a voice mail on my home number (I told them to call my cell) saying it was ready and being shipped back-No tracking number. I called many times to 18004myhome-no help. Finally was given an 888 number to call-on hold two times, second time for 20 min 19 seconds before giving up. Finally called Westfield Sears store and told them to find it! Syed said would do it and call me in 1 to 2 hours. Three days later I had not heard so called again. Heather was a life saver and found my vacuum at their pick up at Westfield on March 26. Twenty-three days after taking to UPS I found my vacuum and now I have to go there to pick it up. Absolutely rotten procedure for maintenance and even worse service overall. The 800 number on this review request is not the same as the one I was given by 18004myhome.

It took 3 mos(3 visits) to get bbq grill fixed when it could have taken only one visit with replacement grill. The cost of repair was more than grill original cost. Good thing I have warranty.

Waited for the service person at home for him to show up - only to find out that parts were ordered and will need to reschedule. Not pleased...

I was told that Sears had a special discounted price @ $60 or so. I made an appt having to wait 3 weeks. She stated that I would still get that price for them tune it includes oil change and a new blade. When I got home my husband said it was $220.00. I am very disappointed with their pricing. The lawn motor works good. That same day I saw a new Sears Craftman on sale for $200.00. Next year we will be purchasing another lawmaken mower but not at Sears. We recently had a issue with them regarding our mattress we brought which was not the same as in the store. The manager of several departments stated that he would see what he could do in regards to a refund. He never call back. Prior to that I purchased two pair of glasses that were very cheap cuz after about 2-3 months the paint was pealing. They said I would have to pay $15 to replace them. She never called to say they came in. It's been about 3 months now. My Dad worked at Sears many years ago and we always bought stuff at Sears. NOT ANY MORE!!! It's a rip off!!!! I would not ever recommend them.

Four times they came out for leaking Kenmore elite washer, and each time could not determine where the leak was coming from mean while my floor boards and wall is having water damage more and more, and i had to ask for replacement. They only looked it over made suggestions, They need to take it into shop. that is a repair!

the tek fixed the frost problem after 5 teks didn't but m ice machine still puts out ice chip not cubes so my machine jams up the dispenser so it won't turn been like that since new been dealing with this since I bought it march2013 so I'm not happy they keep telling me that's just how it is

I don't even want to give you this one star, but if i don't give you any my post won't happen. I give you guys NO STARS!! I purchased my stove in January, had a repair person come out in October to fix the sensor in my oven, which I was told nothing was wrong with it and that I didn't know how to cook, but he replaced the sensor...Really?? In November, I was bringing a pot of water to a boil when suddenly my stove shuddered. I noticed a crack about 3 inches long going across the burner. I also noticed several smaller cracks on the stove top. I called to make an appointment for someone to come out at look at my stove top and was told not to use it until then. A week later (that is when someone was available) I received a phone call 15 minutes before my scheduled time range was over. The repair Tech told me he was unable to come and I would have to reschedule. He also told me that I need to make it in the morning to ensure I will be serviced. Not acceptable. When I called the service department, all they said I can reschedule you for next week. So I had to take another 1/2 day off from work. Mind you this is the 3rd time for this stove. A week later, that tech called me to tell me I was the last appointment of the day and he wasn't sure he would be able to make it in time. I immediately called the service department to complain. NOT ACCEPTABLE again!! He rearranged his schedule, came to my house and then I got the "Bums rush" He took a picture of my crack, sent the picture in to who knows where, where they decided what was wrong. His phone was outdated, and low quality for pictures to decide if my very expensive newer stove had a crack or anything else. He then informed based on the picture he took and sent that my crack was not a crack but a deep scratch and that I must of done it. I take total offense to that. I have owned glass top stoves for over 28 years and I know how to take care of them. Again I am being called a liar. I will be contacting my local news to report this poor customer service. I will also file a formal complaint to the BBB. I paid for a 3 year warranty on this lemon. I want either all my money back or the entire stove replaced. If I do not hear from any one about this E-Mail within the next few days, my fingers will start dialing anyone and everyone.

Advertised service was $68 plus parts and labor. Tech spent less than 5 minutes on 'diagnostic', and cleared an intake to the pressure switch, then told me it was $181 dollars so far, would I like to make it $225 with a general clean up. Tubing for the pressure switch was barely able to stay on the nipple. After the tech left, it fell off and the furnace no longer worked. I had to order the part myself since no one local carries it, and I've now spent another three days without heat waiting on it.
