Wife was convinced our 25 year old Kenmore Referigerator was having a temperature adjustment problem. David was able to confidently explain their interplay, their relationship to excess time leaving the doors open, and the properfunction of the twice-a-day default function. Success. Wonderful 25 year old Kenmore still works perfectly, wife understands that holiday-season constant-opening of the unit results in a need to temporarily adjust it for higher effort. Thanks, David M.
