Bob was really helpful in explaining to me what the issue was with my washer in literally 3 seconds. He was impressive because he told me that he consulted in a co-worker about the issue with my refrigerator. I can't tell you how amazing and knowledgeable Bob was and on top of that a really nice guy. Thank you Bob!

Brandon was great. The experience of being asked by the automated system to give info so he could have the parts he needed, and then him not having that info or being supplied with the parts he needed was not. I won't use this service again, but would be happy to write a positive review for Brandon.

Neel kept us informed as to his arrival time and arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and got to work right away. He also noticed our dryer was leaning a bit and helped to adjust the legs which we appreciated very much. All together a great experience.

My experience with Robert was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to repair my dishwasher promptly I was very frustrated with your scheduling system however. I had a range of 8 am to 12 noon. No one showed up, no one contacted me. I tried to contact Sears and got a chat bot on line and by phone. Super frustrating. It was just fortunate that I was at home at 2 pm when Robert showed up! (Not his fault at all, clearly your scheduling algorithm is horrible.) Robert gets 5 starts, your system gets zero.

My washing machine would not drain and I could not open the the door. Bob immediately knew what was causing the problem but to resolve it, required him taking the front top and back of the machine off so that he could get to the parts that were causing the problem. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the machine and what it would take to get the job done quickly. I had gone to the Sears website just this morning and set up the appointment for this afternoon. About 10 o'clock this morning. I received a phone call from Bob who said he would be able to come early and he arrived at about 11 AM and was gone by 12:30. Pretty amazing and very impressive
