Great service but no refund yet
Aidar was great and took time needed to diagnose issue. Part order for Samsung oven turned out to be defective. Luckily old part works still and was reinstalled. I electronically signed paperwork for the cost of the $400 part to be refunded to my credit card. A week later, still no credit on my credit card and there doesn't seem to be anyway to track down a customer service number to assist. Hopefully I wont have to go to my State Attorney General's Office as well as file a fraudulent credit card complaint.
