Service technician was good and courteous. However, the Sears Bot scheduling system is trash and does not provide accurate tracking information. Also, it took 3 rescheduling to finally fix the washer. It would have been great to have a human contact to speak and obtain clarification.

My technician was great! Esaus (sorry if I got his name wrong) was prompt and fixed my issue in no time! He educated me on how often my HVAC needed to be serviced and he cleaned up after his repair. Thank you so much!
