GRACE DIAGNOSED THE WASHER MACHINE PROBLEM CORRECTLY AND ORDERED THE PARTS NECESSARY TO FIX OUR WASHER MACHINE. THE PARTS WERE SENT TO OUR HOME ADDRESS AND THEY WERE THE CORRECT.GRACE INSTALLED THE NEW PARTS ANDSHE DID IT EXPERTLY. GRACE TESTED THE NEW PARTS TO MAKE SURE THE WASHER WOULD WORK CORRECTLY AND IT DID.WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH JOB .

Great technician
Today was the 3rd time grace has been out to our home to fix our dishwasher. Third attempt was a charm. She called me right before arriving and was very courteous. Sears home service customer service on the other hand was quite a hassle. They had canceled on me twice after taking off from work. The first time I was able to tell by 12 pm that a tech was not coming and Sears called me after 5:30 to let me know someone wasn't coming. They need to do better than an 8-5 time frame. To me that's insane and people have to work.
