Donald, our Sears technician was prompt, professional friendly and very knowledgeable and repaired our dishwasher quickly. I highly recommend Sears service and would definitely would use Donald again. I like using Sears. With Sears service orders, you get a 4 hour window but what I like is that you get regular text notifications way before they come saying that I am either 1st or 2nd customer away or that I am the next stop. When they’re done with a customer you get an updated text saying there’s either 1 customer left or you’re next. Definitely helps instead of waiting hours and not knowing when they’re coming.
