I am rating the technician Donald 5 stars as he was professional and polite. He completed the repair properly. If I had to rate Sears Home Services I would give you zero stars. I had a confirmed appointment for Tuesday and no one showed. Your annoying AI service sent me a cancellation at 2 minutes to 5. I had to take a day off from work to sit and wait. Work was finally completed 2 days later after I took off a second day. It is impossible to reach a live person through any phone number, the automated phone system is extremely annoying and does not provide any level of customer service. Not happy at all with Sears Home Services.
