Jules let me know he was on the way. He repaired my dryer, cleaned up. He was very pleasant. What upset me was Sears wanting me to give permission to get inside my phone to do video? Why? Why would u need to do that to repair a problem! That practice is unacceptable! Maybe to see the problem! Some of us r seniors & u ask us to click links & move in area we r not comfortable in doing! No other company moves in that manor! You need to review your practice & make changes! Ms A

Great experience!! The tech knew his stuff and was finished before I knew it. HOWEVER after the tech left it was discovered he never retightened a water line nor anything else. Found all the screws were not tight. 3 screws were in the floor. My basement was flooded
