Great experience!! The tech knew his stuff and was finished before I knew it. HOWEVER after the tech left it was discovered he never retightened a water line nor anything else. Found all the screws were not tight. 3 screws were in the floor. My basement was flooded

Technician Jesse c was very helpful and knowledgeable. I tried to claim for food loss, every time got problems to get in funny things it was saying contact your administrator,who is my administrator. Finley after trying mare then four times I gave up. Only good thing I got great technician. I can't remember how many times Sears asked me to reschedule the appointment. Every time I will stay home from 8am to 5pm then some time they asked to reschedule. For every appointment I will have to take off from the work and they asked to reschedule.
