Service call update Sears responded to my earlier post with a call and scheduled a visit with a new technician. The experience was completely different. The person was polite and treated me when he came in was clean and organized when he was working. Presently answered my questions and demonstrated the repairs he completed. All the required repairs was taken care of. Excellent work! Older service call The technician thought knowledge about his craft, was not very customer friendly and was very short and restricted with his answers. He did not fix everything that was wrong with the stove top and left broken parts as is without replacing. Some of the functionality such as the indicator light or the broken knobs were not replaced. Upon asking him he just replied that I will need to request it through another service request.
