This is my fourth experience with Sears Appliance repair. I have had the pleasure of working with Grace and Donald. They were both professional, courteous, and performed the job right-first-time. However, the labor costs are an investment, so Sears Home Repair is a better option for newer appliances with plenty of years ahead.
