I would rate the service tech as excellent, he was very polite and fixed our washing machine quickly. However, the daily to twice a day text messages, for 2 weeks, to confirm my appointment was extremely excessive and irritating. It made me feel harassed and that Sears wasn't keeping track of my responses. After I confirm the appointment once that should be enough.
