Ola communicated well, gave me accurate arrival information, was professional, prompt, and polite. He accurately diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and ordered the necessary replacement parts. He tracked the delivery and rescheduled an earlier appointment at my convenience. He arrived on time again for the next appointment and wastes no time in replacing the parts and making the repair. I was very happy with the repair service he provided. The parts and service were part of my Sears service contract so I can’t speak to the price.

Jonel is great! He knows his stuff!! As for Sears, not so much. 3 cancelled appointments and finally I get my refrigerator fixed. Two months without a refrigerator is ridiculous. I would like to be reimbursed for all the food I lost ($350.00) & the full Master Agreement ($537.84). I have filed with American Arbitration Association.
