I have been trying to work with this company since Oct 13th. It's now the end of December. The first step was getting a diagnostic done. Part ordered and new tech sent to repair. New tech informed me wrong part was ordered. Rescheduled new appt. Nov 22. No show center forgot to put me on the schedule. December 10th no show again. Called and after talking to 8 different people. I was told my refrigerator couldn't be repaired. Part was no longer available. I was told I would get a refund. Now mind you I have paid 2 months on my credit card and interest for a repair that wasn't completed and $60.00 a month for warranty (which isn't worth the paper it's written on). Called today December 28th. No refund has been processed it's in Pending status. Told it was escalated. If your thinking about using this company don't. It's been a nightmare. Three months with no refrigerator. Three months paying for a repair I didn't receive. Two months for a worthless warranty. Save your money. Don't do business with this company. I wished I hadn't. I will update my review when I receive a refund.

We bought an extended warranty for our range and we have been trying to get it repaired for a month and a half. They keep canceling our appointment or making them and not telling us so we miss the repair guy. I will never purchase an extended warranty again if this is the company responsible for doing the repairs. Allstate is better!

Would give no stars if that was an option. Absolutely worse experience. Our relatively new 3-year-old Frigidaire Refrigerator had a non-working ice maker in January 2024.. Thankfully we paid for an extended service warranty. A&E repair men worked on it for 6 months, ordering new parts, ordering a new ice maker, ordering more new parts, making appointments and not telling us, cancelling appointments and not telling us. We went directly to Frigidaire after 6 months in complete frustration. Their repair man came out, assessed problem, and ordered us a new refrigerator. One visit, and 3 days later we had a complete new refrigerator. This morning, we got another puzzling call from your repair team, informing us we had an appointment we knew nothing about today and it was to get our refrigerator repaired. Seriously?

A repairman never came to my house. He called me yesterday morning saying he was 45 minutes away and he assumed I had received the part to install. I told him I had not received anything. I as told the part is no longer available and that Sears was going to replace my washer. I received several emails with estimates for the work to be done, and a signed invoice. No work was done and no invoice or any paperwork was signed.

I was very displeased with the service I got from Sears. The repairman looked at my oven which I pulled out and shut off the circuit breaker and said it will be too hard to get in there and get the fuse that needs to be replaced and then doing so I’ll probably break other things He went on and on how difficult it was going to be and how much money I was going to pay he said as much as $600 so at that point I was disappointed with his assessment.didn’t feel I need to pay the $99 but I paid it he didn’t do a thing but tell me how he couldn’t do it I put the oven in the back of my car took it down to repair shop in in Salem Oregon. They said they would evaluate and get back to me on Monday. I feel like I got ripped off the money. The repairman should’ve just fixed it I would’ve paid what it would’ve cost but that’s not what happened and we still don’t have an ovenand we don’t have a plan for how it’s going to be fixed
