Jonel is an amazing technician with excellent customer service! The AI phone service and scheduling is a joke and needs a complete overhaul or to be discontinued. It took three months to get service and there were THREE No call NO Show appointments in that time. As a basic blue collar worker, I have to give two weeks notice for time off and it is unpaid! I had to take a whole day off each time because the arrival window was from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Three unpaid days for me!! Will a human even read this??? Do they even want to do better?? Get a clue Sears!!!!. UPDATE: owner left a response but no contact information.
