Benjamin R was great in his knowledge and his professionalism! Great info on our issue with our fridge and suggestions on what to replace and fix. Thank you Benjamin! He was also punctual! The app Sears repair uses to alert me of his arrival time and text reminders of our appt is very thorough and informational.
