The technician for this visit, Jim, was amazing! However, I have had nothing but terrible experiences with Sears Home Repair. I would NOT ever recommend them for home appliance warranty. NEVER AGAIN!

Technician came over just in time . He asked a detailed infom about the problem on the Washing Machine . He inspected it and cheched every part.Made fixes , run it and set it to normal operation,explained what the issue was . Machine is perfect . Thanks.
