Super impressed. Discovered my washer not completing the cycle. Looked online for Whirlpool repair. Booked an appointment for the soonest repair possible, which was a few hours away. Jim confirmed appointment as promised. He let me know when he was on his way. Arrived promptly. Repaired machine with a part he had in stock. Explained everything to me about the repair, emailed an invoice and left. This all happened in a half hour. Couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you Jim. I wish all transactions could be as smooth as this.
