Dale was great but we still have no ice ! Our freezer is supposed to make small and large ice and we are still getting no ice! They have sent parts to our house twice and they have been to our home three times and it’s still not fixed! We are so frustrated with this whole process!!!!! We paid for the warranty and have had this fridge 1 year and this was the 1st time we have needed to call for service. Can we get our fridge fixed please?

James was professional and quick in the diagnostics of our washing machine issue. When I inquired about the dryer maintenance that I had also scheduled, he wasn't as professional as I had hoped. He said I could do the dryer service if I wanted to, but I didn't have to. Ultimately James decided to let us know that it would be less expensive to have our washer replaced then it would be to fix the current one we have. He also let us know what to expect when purchasing another one as the lifetime of these machines has diminished over the years. Overall he was very polite, professional, and manage time well.
