James was professional and quick in the diagnostics of our washing machine issue. When I inquired about the dryer maintenance that I had also scheduled, he wasn't as professional as I had hoped. He said I could do the dryer service if I wanted to, but I didn't have to. Ultimately James decided to let us know that it would be less expensive to have our washer replaced then it would be to fix the current one we have. He also let us know what to expect when purchasing another one as the lifetime of these machines has diminished over the years. Overall he was very polite, professional, and manage time well.
