Ice maker doesn't work still . Been there multiple times replaced multiple parts still not working. Tried to call the 800 number . U only get a virtual assistant. Can't talk to an actual person . Very frustrating.. and you can't get ahold of a live person its only automated service . Probably never going to get anywhere with this company . Definitely would not recommend using this company .

Extremely disappointed with the technician visit. We shared that the washing machine door lock would randomly lock and unlock throughout the cycle. That an error code would say "door" but then it would lock again and continue with the wash. It happened multiple times during a cycle. I advised the technician I unplugged the machine, waiting the suggested 5 minutes and plugged it back in. The door lock issue continued with our next washing. The technician did not even turn the machine on. Did not unplug it, did not take any measure to diagnose himself, just said it was the computer and that it would cost $$$ to repair. I paid the required visit fees and sent him on his way. I reviewed other sources on line and found a recommendation to unplug, wait 5 minutes, plug it back in and turn it on... then open and shut the door 6-12 times in twelve seconds. I did this... and the washer is working fine now. I don't know if what I did completely fixed the issue. What I do know is the service technician did nothing at all.

Would not work on the oven. Insisted does not work on fisher Paykal despite Sears previously doing so.

YOUR man showed up, pressed a few buttons, NO error codes were visible. Your man listened to the noise. & his conclusion was I needed a new motor. So, I paid for HIM PUSHING A FEW BUTTONS &LISTENING, NOTHINGMORE. &I PAID $129 FOR THAT! NEVER AGAIN. 2nd if I needed a new motor, my warranty says I have 10 years on the motor. But, He said it would cost like $700? Why? For LABOR? I'LL NEVER USE SEARS AGAIN. BOGUS REPAIR INTEGRITY! THe dishwasher still washed dishes, the noise. STILL WORKING! Are YOU guys just SCAMMERS? I had a second opinion the next day, & he stated there was a leak in the compressor. HE FIXED THE ISSUE THAT DAY, YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM! NEVER AGAIN!

My husband has now made 3 appointments that he had to stay home for 4 hours each time and they have stood him up all 3 times. No show, no call nothing. It has been over a month ago that he called to try to get our refrigerator fixed. Not happy at all would not recommend.

He never showed up but said that he completed the services. This is the fourth time we have had this happened. Not to mention at least a dozen times late in afternoon during 9 hr window we were given to wait around for the technician and they rescheduled on us. I have missed so much work it would have been better to just buy a new stove with the money I have lost from waiting around for the technicians. Multiple times we were guaranteed to technician would show up and they never did. Worst service ever. We have been trying to get our oven/stove fixed since April and now it is mid August.

The recent visit of today did not fix the problem with our refrigerator.

Don’t ever contact them worst company to do business.. They have reschedule 5 time in been 9 months and they keep canceling… Bruce B can’t seem to ever make it to a appointment
