They canceled 3 times on me already for my range. The guy that came out today for my dryer actually helped figure out why my service order was wrong. He was great. But this sears protect in general has been horrible.

Dude was nice but he was in such a hurry he didn't totally fix my dryer and it only ran for 10 minutes before dying again and I was told to wait another week for competent repairs. Needless to say this was too long and had to replace my dryer at cost after paying them to come do their job already. Oh wait, isn't Sears outta business? Well, this is why they are diminished to a man with a van! nothing more, nothing less. Stay away if you want competent work and peace of mind.
