Dave was a great repair man. He was responsible and made sure the service address was correct as your AI had it wrong and I could not correct it. Dave came on the initial service assessment appointment and again when I received the part needed to repair my Samsung refrigerator. I would request Dave if I ever required service again.

Tech was very nice n helpful.. removed loose rubber base cover.. took all of 3 minutes.. will need to be reinstalled if there's any future leaks by removing cabinet baseboard
