Technician was great. However not sure what the heck wrong with your scheduling. I was cancelled half a dozen time . Not sure if it is software issue or staffing issue.

Technician arrived the very next day after first contact with Sears and diagnosed my issue. Replacement part arrived next day!!!!! Unfortunately I had to wait 5 days for my next appointment!! It was difficult preserving all the refrigerator contents !!!
