Technician was great, but found something that needed replaced and the system would not let him change service from check up to a repair. I have to start all over again requesting a repair call, wait for them to come out, order the part, then wait some more for an appointment to have the piece replaced. It's already been a month since I first called for the check up appointment, which the AI system changed twice without letting me know. This was the 3rd appointment they gave me. Not at all happy with their AI system. Humans are much better at customer service and handling odd problems.
