Technician was great and fixed the problem. Had problem with the technician before him though not coming back like he said he would. I wasted a whole day waiting on the prior technician and he never showed up. Worse yet, my phone number didn’t show my rescheduled appointment but my service number did. The customer service number was all automated and AI bots, making it difficult to speak with a representative. But five stars for rennie. He was great.
