He was efficient and polite. Very knowledgeable but the refrigerator still isn't fixed. I had to call and schedule another service.

Service tech was very polite. He explained everything that was going on. Unfortunately the unit had no model #. I would recommend Sears Appliance repair.

Donald was very sincere in completing our refrigerator repair. I think he went beyond what was required, went to Cincinnati to pick up my part. These comments are entirely erroneous, the repair was a complete failure. The refrigerator repair did not happen. I ended up having to trash my refrigerator, Sears failed to live up to there guarantee . I would not buy from them ever again. Sears would not live up to the warranty. Don't buy from Sears, ever.

He didn't know we were scheduled for today and even though he was close to HIS house at the end of his day he, instead of calling it a day, came to repair our refrigerator "after hours" which wasn't an emergency repair.
