Overall rating

Due to having to schedule 5 different days (all two weeks apart) I have told all family members not to use Sears for repairs. Harold did well but I think Sears over scheduled service.

This is truly frustrating. The scheduling process is useless. Supposedly, you can give them your info on the machine so they know ahead of time what is wrong and can bring appropriate parts. But the program will not let me send the info in. So I had to pay over $100 for a service call only to be told parts were no longer available.
