Dylan did a good job. It would be helpful if he wore shoe covers on his shoes. It was extremely frustrating that in order to communicate with someone regarding my repair all I was able to do is talk to a virtual voice and it was not helpful at all. You need some way to talk to a live person. A technician never came to inspect my issue so I had some questions regarding the part and repair. It was like talking to a brick wall. Also the service was delayed for a month because the part was back ordered. I could have obtained the part through Amazon. I tried to respond to emails and texts but again they were never answered. There is hugh problem with communication. Even Dylan was amazed that no one came out th make sure the correct part was ordered. Skil AI and virtual communication! The interesting part is that I would be amazed if someone would call me to discuss my issues. probably when hell freezes over or their AI assistant explodes.

Duane was very good. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained my options and was pleasant. Paying for his time was fine, but the cost of repair is ridiculous. We went out and purchased a new oven for less than the repair. Duane gets 5 stars. Value 1 star.
