Tyler arrived on time and as scheduled. He did diagnostics on washer and everything checked out. Determined that issue was caused by my inappropriate response in trying to correct off balance load. Tyler gave me information on how to prevent this from happening again. Tyler was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and I enjoyed working with him.
