Pat has been to my house 4 times for the same problem with the stove. He is one of the best you have on top of it and hopefully this was the last time I will have to see him. Pat each time has been there and got the job done until the parts break again within a day. Thanks John

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, 5 stars. The AI scheduling assistant on the other hand, 1 star. Hard to use, kept misspelling my name, would not connect to a real person. Hated the scheduling process, wish they'd go back to using real people.

Pat, the technician has been great each time he has come out. multiple issues and multiple repair trips for this GE cafe refrigerator and he has been nothing but helpful and professional even with all the returned trips. Not happy with this GE cafe at all but we know it has nothing to do with the repair service.
