Conrad arrived on schedule. He had the dryer problem diagnosed quickly and ordered the repair part which arrived by FedEx the next day. Conrad and his trainee had the part installed and the dryer operational in a short time this morning. The repair service was professionally completed and saved me from buying a new dryer.

Pat has been to my house 4 times for the same problem with the stove. He is one of the best you have on top of it and hopefully this was the last time I will have to see him. Pat each time has been there and got the job done until the parts break again within a day. Thanks John

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful, 5 stars. The AI scheduling assistant on the other hand, 1 star. Hard to use, kept misspelling my name, would not connect to a real person. Hated the scheduling process, wish they'd go back to using real people.
