Sears technician came within the time allotted, he was polite and friendly. Looked up the problem on his phone for my washing machine. He diagnosed . Cleaned the filter at my request. Machine is working well.

Service technicians were very good and made the necessary repair. What was not good is that Sears Appliance Repair gave us a time from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. for repair. How many people can take an entire day off for a faulty oven repair? Moreover, because it required a part order, so a 2nd visit had to be scheduled with another 8 a.m. -5 p.m. ETA. This is rating is not a reflection of the technicians, but is a reflection of the overall experience with Sears Appliance Repair.

It took 4 visits, each 2 weeks apart, to complete this warranty. Technician on the final 2 calls was very good.

The technician was nice but we never got the diagnostic report and had no way to get ahold of Sears because their customer service is all AI now. I’ve been trying for days to get ahold of anyone there to no avail.

I am quite disappointed with my recent washing machine service. The technicians arrived early and went right to work. They worked on the machine for about an hour, and installed a new part that had arrived in the mail. All that was fine. My problem is that I ran a load of laundry and the machine still leaks. Also, I had shimmed a foot of the washer to keep it from tipping, and the technicians removed the shim without resolving the tipping issue.

Tyler DID NOT install the door seal ordered by the previous tech (returned it to his stock) - and reprimanded us for following the manufacturer's (Electrolux) instructions for using Tide Pods, stating that they were the cause of the door and faceplate of the washer leaking, even though the door had still leaked when using regular liquid detergent. He DID NOT FIX ANYTHING and as of the cycle just completed WITHOUT ANY DETERGENT - both the door and faceplate STILL LEAK!!

Technician did not put new seal down. Looks horrible. Not waterproof—if I spill water will short out the oven. Stovetop fixed on 3rd visit after the AI agent cancelled my appointment twice—causing me to miss work. Sears refused to compensate me for their AI screw up.
