All he did was say my floor is uneven and it's a problem on the inside that he CAN'T FIX 140$ fa nothing but he was nice.

Seers technician came in and diagnose my dryer incorrectly because I didn’t allow them to do the repair for an extreme amount of money for a 20 minute job. I had another technician come in and find the correct problem and had it fixed within hours. Meanwhile I dispute the fee they charge me for the diagnostic and now I’m gonna lose that fee because they can mess up and they’re covered so I’m not $139 plus the cost of the part that didn’t fix the machine to begin with, and hiring another technician who. did fix it, correct? this is the biggest scam going by Sears. They can diagnose your problem incorrectly screw you out of the diagnostic fee and even if you went with the Repair you probably would’ve paid for the wrong fixed anyways and been out another couple hundred dollars.
