Kendrick worked efficiently and had the repair done quickly. While it took three visits to correctly identify the problem and repair, the machine seems to be good.

The service was fast, there were multiple opportunities to cancel/resch. The serviceman knew the situation however, it turned out I have a warranty in effect and it requires samsaung to conduct it. So nothing gets done and I pay for a service visit.

Excellent service. Great communication. Reviewed what the issue was and how it was remedied. Demonstrated the appliance was working as intended. I was very happy that the technician called to see if we could move the appointment up since I was unable to do it with the AI. The only issue I had was with the AI. And trying to adjust the time of the appointment and or the day. The AI was very frustrating. The human technician gave five star service.

He was professional and moved with integrity he informed me the washer was in bad condition I told him I want to buy a new washer and I asked him what brand what kind etc and he answered all of my questions he was very resourceful.
