The service was wonderful from start to finish. Kevin stayed in touch with us so we knew when he expected to arrive and he was always punctual. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend him and Sears. This was warranty work. No Charge.

Very happy with service. Knowledgeable technicians and customer oriented! I am much happier utilizing Sears Appliance Repair over a local repair person. Sears service call originally is for diagnostic testing which runs approximately $129 and is deducted if they do the repair. I had a local repair person recently for a different appliance that charged me $99 to walk in the door and it was NOT refunded when he did the repair the same day and I was disappointed with the completed work. I feel that with Sears Appliance Repair stands behind there work.
