My technician was Conrad. He did an excellent job fixing my washer. He was polite and professional. After 5 weeks of not having my washer we were very happy to see him. I must also say that the wait time from Sept 16 to Oct 23 was too long a time to wait for a service tech.

We sincerely appreciate that District Manager Tracy H. made the special effort to rectify the repair situation we have waited for since JUNE 2024. Tyler had done everything he could last year to solve the horrible SQUEAK emanating from the tractor, but it took until this year to reveal itself as the wheel bearing. We will never buy another Sears Home Services product as long as we live, but we are grateful that some people understand that customer service is an honorable effort - it's what KEEPS CUSTOMERS. Until today, SHS totally failed at that. My social media followers have endured my repeated posts on this issue, I made sure to post today that an honest effort was successful today at repairing the mechanical issues.

I am very impressed with the whole repair process I went through with Sears Appliance Repair. The service kept me informed the full three weeks I I had contacted them for the repair. The Service person who came for the repair was wonderful. He explained the details of what the repair involved and quoted a price to fix it. Since I evaluated the need I decided to forgo the repair. I am very thankful to the honest person that explained the job of the part involved. I will highly recommend your company for any Appliance repair to any individuals I know that need it.
