Mike Dresbach was professional, clean, positive, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. He found the problem right away and checked for additional possible problems. We would highly recommend him to anyone and hope we get him in the future if we have any dishwasher issues.

Seemed authentic in his apology regarding our previous technician's error in ordering the wrong service parts. He unfortunately had to delivery the news of the parts being incorrect and was quick with correcting the issue.
