I waited all day from 8:00am until 4:45 without one phone call from anyone to let me know what time I could expect him. The web site stated that I was the next appointment but the map showed him going to different address all around me. It was very misleading. Very frustrating.

Joseph called 10 minutes ahead of arrival. Very courteous and explained issue on the service order and plans to trouble shoot the problem. Went about in a very professional manner describing possible issues that need to be evaluated. Performed needed evaluation in about ten minutes and completed repair timely. Tested dryer and problem was remedied. Very happy with work performed and his attitude of dealing with customer. Thanks Joseph.
