Had to take the whole microwave apart to find the problem, but Jordan +1 figured it out, went and picked up the part and put it all back together in working order. Time will tell, but I think they solved the problem.

nice guy and cleaned up well. wish the job was cheaper but don't we all. he had nine calls to make. The company needs to give this guy a raise for the money he makes them. I like this sears service because i feel i can trust them.
