The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything to me concisely. I enjoyed working with him but I was thoroughly shocked at the price for a switch to be replaced ($358.30). I consider that amount excessive for what was done.

Our repairman Davin was prompt, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Sears Repair kept us informed of his arrival and was in touch with us the whole experience!! I would definitely recommend them and Davin!!
