Robert arrived at the time he said and was professional. The first time he came out was on Christmas Eve. I expected someone who would be rushed and perhaps a little cranky that he had to be called out on a job the day before Christmas, but that was not true at all. He took his time and assessed the problem with our washing machine all with a pleasant attitude. You could tell Robert takes pride in his work and knew what he was talking about. He wasn't just there to get in and out and get a paycheck like so many employees today do. He came back a few weeks later when the necessary part arrived and quickly had our washing machine up and running. This repair was contracted through our home service warranty company and everything was seamless and stress free. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Rodney did an amazing job. I was out of town on business and my neighbor was there when he conducted his service. He did an excellent job and I have no complaints. He left the house and good condition and he kept in close conversation through this whole experience. Thank you Rodney and have a Happy New Year.

Finally got a second tech out. He dug in and identified the problem. To repair it would cost more than buying a new one, but I appreciated his effort to get to the heart of the issue.
