Technician was very kind and informative. Gave detailed information the services needed and the support agreement. Based on the technician's demeanor and knowledge, I signed the one-year agreement and proceeded with the repairs. One small issue, remember to cover shoes when entering homes as we have a practice of leaving shoes at the door. Everything else was fantastic....

Rodney does great work. Highly recommend him as a worker for appliance. Did an awesome job to maintain my dryer for the next years to come. Great on communication for updates of his progress to get the job fixed to complete.
