The service repairmen were great! I did not like the automatic emails I received changing my appointment dates without discussing with me first to see if it was convenient.

I had a good experince with Trever. He described exactly what services he was going to perform for the lawn mower before starting. He took the mower out and put it back in the shed when he was finished. The map they use to estimate and update you on arrival time wasn't great and didn't update, so the arrival time was unclear.

Waited 6 weeks for him to come back with the right part and he didn’t actually fix our air conditioning. Paid a different company to come and they fixed it in 2 minutes by just changing one wire. Said it was an easy fix. Do not use this company. Fraudulent.

Terrible experience. Arrived almost 2 hours later than your tracking indicated. Technician did not seem knowledgeable, or did he understand the issue of cold exterior walls being an indication of a problem. My husband was so frustrated he asked the tech to leave. Text message immediately after from Sears said the tech had been here and no one was home. Totally false. Tech didn't even pull the refrigerator out to check anything. He opened the refrigerator, determined the interior was cold and said there was no problem. The reason for the service call was never addressed by the technician.

This is the worst experience I had dealing with a Home Appliance insurance. This issue regarding my refrigerator is going on for more than 2 months. Even after 4-5 attempts they are still not able to fix it. Each repair is a wait of 1-2 weeks, the whole day of repair appointment day is blocked. The customer care is not able to provide any tangle assistance. I don't know how this company is surviving with such a worst unprofessional dealings. I am giving the 1 star rating because I can't give 0.

Had appointment time scheduled for last Monday between 8 & 12. No call no show all day. Called & no human in the company to speak with. All AI. Even asking them for a human, the AI asked me what a human could do that they couldn't. It is bad enough to argue with a live person. Rescheduled for the following day. Appointment confirmed between 8 & 12. Another no call no show. At 2pm someone called & said he could be out in an hour, but I was gone by that time. Since he was a live human & technician, I Rescheduled again for the following week since I was going out of town. He did show up on the 3rd try today & was great other than trying to sell us a warranty.

Tech left saying everything was good and when we went to clean a load of dishes, we still get the same error code. I believe he left knowing it wasn't fixed. A different tech came to finish the job another one started.

Clement was terrific! However, I was disappointed in several ways. # 1. I assumed that by providing the model # and serial number of our refrigerator, the gasket would have been placed in the truck and ready to install today. It was not. It had to be delivered. That means more time off of work. # 2. The price of the gasket was quoted at > $280. I had looked up the part online yesterday and found a range of prices between $220 and $240. Obviously, Sears was putting a markup on top of the price. # 3. Despite all of the above, I was prepared to complete the order, until Clement added the labor expense of $385!!! While looking up the price of this particular gasket yesterday, I also watched 5 different videos of people removing the old gasket and then installing the new gasket. In each case, it only took ~ 15 minutes. So for a charge of $385 for 15 minutes of work ... Sears is essentially charging > $1500 per hour for labor. With that, I chose to buy it and do it myself and save > $400. Clement was great. But I was surprised that the gasket wasn't placed in his truck, and that Sears priced its product and labor so expensively!
