No tools. No idea how to test mini split heat pump system. Tried to educate me on how the system works but had no idea how to fix it. Another wasted day with Sears.

He did not have the knowledge of a Samsung refrigerator. my refrigerator has been given me problems for the last (2) years with the ice maker this is the third Samsung refrigerator I have got from Conn's home plus.is they have filed bankruptcy, now I am dealing with Sears I need my refrigerator fixed it is still under warranty until 2025.

The worst service ever. They Ordered the wrong part, we had to wait to find out the required part was no longer in stock. This is a 2 yr old kenmore. Sears will not give me a letter stating it cannot be repaired so I can take advantage of my extended warranty. Sears, TransformCo or whatever ever name they choose to use are horrible. Their customer service will transfer you all over the place and aren’t helpful. Stay away from them.

Very disappointed! At the request of Sears, I provided specific details of my ice maker that needed repair one week prior to the scheduled repair, including manufacturer and model. I received multiple requests for my confirmation of the appointment, which I did. I even received an email and text today letting me know the technician was on the way. Shortly before the appointment it was canceled by Sears because they don’t do repairs on ice makers made by our manufacturer. I took a day off work to be home for the repair. It would have been nice if they had determined they weren’t capable of doing the repair so I didn’t waste a whole day and further delay getting the machine repaired. They had an entire week to look at the material I provided them and they obviously didn’t bother to look at it until the very last minute. Why bother asking me to provide it if you aren’t going to look at it?

Timothy did a great job and fixed our refrigerator, his service was as it should be. Kenmore service I would give 1 star. Our refrigerator went out on 12/26/23, we had service scheduled for 1/3 which was canceled, then 1/16 scheduled and canceled. Timothy came on 1/26 and got our refrigerator running again, then he returned with new parts on 2/7 and completed our repair. Kenmore was contacted NUMEROUS times and showed zero concern that we were without a refrigerator or to expedite our repair. I would never recommend Kenmore to anyone, poor customer service.

The repairs were canceled seven times. Each time it was late in the day preventing us from appointments and other items we could have done. Attempted many times to call the company but only got recorded messages. Although the repairs were done your customer service is not acceptable to earn our business.
