Bad Scheduling
Allen was great. What wasn't great was your scheduling. Sat around all day Tuesday waiting for the appointment that day. Rescheduled for today. Had to stay home missing a meeting today. What's with this 8-5 slot. People do have things to do other than wait for the repairman. The Cable guy does better than that. They have 2 hour slot.

Sears home service review
Bush is a competent and respectful technician. However, based on Sears home service policy, I needed to be available for 8 hour window of time. It took 2 sessions of time which meant 16 hours of potential unpaid work. I believe this practice is poor customer service. When I attempted to call Sears home service, the only contact I was able to make was either through the computer or an automated phone service. The other problem is that the review is only allowed for the service technician not the structured process. This places the technician in a very vulnerable position, especially when it is the structure not the technician that is problematic.

Great Job!
I received multiple reminders for this call, which was a bit of overkill but better than no communication. The last one included a link to check my tech's progress. It said about 3 pm both times I checked, but received a call from Allen at a quarter to 11. He said he'd be here in 10-15 minutes, explaining that his schedule got rearranged. It worked fine for me but that tracking feature was pretty useless. He showed up on schedule and was polite and courteous, but not particularly friendly. He got right to work and had the problem diagnosed (a glog in the drain and a piece of glass in the pump) and fixed in just a few minutes. I asked him to save the glass and he did, but he also left a clump of nastiness that I assume was the clog in my sink. Also left puddles of water on the floor. Not serious but also not pleasant. Overall, very pleased. Thanks, Allen!

Oven repair
Allen did a nice job finishing the job. It took a long time to get the back-ordered parts. The issue was that I found multiple of them available online, including some at Sears Parts. Why would you not get it from one of those sources instead of waiting for weeks? It appeared to me as though you ordered refurbished parts, and the ones on line were new. Not my issue.

So so customer service
Our technician fixed the refrigerator but was not focused on customer service. He left a mess on the floor for us to clean up and did not remove the old pieces from the refrigerator.

Good work, but messy and no clean up
Benjamin repaired our fridge door and it works great. However he did not clean up anything, left packing and materials all over our main floor and then didn't take the old parts. So now we have to figure out how to dispose of a fridge door. Quite frustrating.

Great Technician(s)/Terrible Scheduling Process
Our technician, Jeffery, did a great job today repairing our dishwasher. I would like to also add that the process I went through to actually get a technician assigned to come to our house was terrible. I initially had a great technician come for the initial diagnosis and parts order. After the parts (2 parts) were ordered and received at my home, I contacted the scheduling department to advise that I had the required parts and had an appointment scheduled two weeks ago, but no technician was assigned to the automated, scheduled appointment, so I had a "no-show" technician, due to the scheduling process. Today, I had a second appointment for a technician to install the parts I had waiting, but I only had an automated appointment scheduled for today with no technician assigned AGAIN. I had to make 4-5 calls, after going through the automated process, to get a hold of a person who could correct this problem. Finally, Jeffery was notified of his "added-on" appointment around 9AM this morning and he was here by 1:30 PM. I would rate him as a "5" for his overall professionalism and technical ability/skills. Sorry to say, if I had not made all the additional calls, my appointment today (like my last appointment (2 weeks ago) would have also been a "no-show/no technician" appointment during my scheduled time today for repair. For your scheduling process after the initial technician made his diagnosis and parts order, I would rate your automated scheduling process as a 0 (zero out of 5).

Great Job
Bret called to let me he was on his way. He arrived and promptly assessed my issue with my snow blower. The repair was made quickly. I appreciate him. because it is a very cold day and did not take any short cuts in doing my repair.

refrigerator repair
Vish provided good service once he got here. The problem was that I was scheduled for about 2:00, but the time kept sliding, and it was after 6:00 before he came. Considering the window was 1:00 to 5:00, I feel that this is unacceptable. If he had been any later, or the job took longer than it did, I would have had to cancel. As it was, I wasted an entire afternoon waiting for service.

Maintenance check & cleaning
Aaron came on time, he checked for the fridge functioning, but he didn't perform the required annual cleaning, which is included in the warranty.
