Vish came by because the previous diagnosis didn't seem right to me. The first guy used google and ai to diagnose the problem. Vish used 20 years of experience. But I can't get my dishwasher fixed because there's 800 bucks wrapped up in a previous part and work order that I need refunded— from the wrong diagnosis.

He looked at everything and could not really find a problem. He observed me load and start a load of laundry and indicated at the end of the cycle there should be no water or softeners in the dispenser. I do hope the problem is solved although if he didn't find anything I'm not sure it will b.! If it's not I'll have to call again.

It was an ordeal scheduling an appointment online. You really do need an option to speak to a real person. There are issues that your automated system doesn't cover. It is frustrating and confusing to the customer. I scheduled and re-scheduled and was re-scheduled by your system, before finally getting an appointment, with Jeffrey. Thank you Jeffrey for fixing my dryer quickly, efficiently and without damage or mess. I appreciate your quality service.
