The technician, Aaron, was very frank and I believe what he told me. Bad news, but I'm not here to shoot the messenger. The visit was businesslike, and Aaron clearly had the expertise to find out the truth and tell me. The only problem, which wasn't Aaron's fault, was where to buy a new A/C that fits the precise dimensions of my wall A/C. Thank you to Aaron, but Sears, whatever is left of it, should help me replacethis broken unit.
