Calvin was amazing and a five star! But to schedule the service call and dealing with that department is unacceptable, it takes 30+ minutes to finally get a live person on the phone and then they don't listen or make notes on the accounts

Refrigerator repair
Richard spent time steaming the ice buildup in the freezer compartment to allow cold air into the refrigerator so that we could use it until he returned four days later to install the new fan. He knows his stuff and we feel privileged to benefit from his knowledge and expertise. He also thoughtfully gave us two texts. Each time he came, so we had a good idea when to expect him.
